A: We accept L/C at sight, T/T (30% deposit and 70% against the copy of BL), and OA with Sinosure insurance.
Q: What is the estimated delivery time?
A: For factory brand items, we deliver within 7 days after order confirmation. For OEM brands, it typically takes 7 weeks.
Q: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: OEM brands require 200PCS. For factory brands, the MOQ is 1 CTN as we maintain ready stock for various models.
Q: Can I obtain samples for testing?
A: Yes, we can provide one or two sample pieces with freight collected.
Q: What is the warranty term for the product?
A: We provide 1% F.O.C. easy-to-break spare parts for full container orders. The machine itself comes with a one-year guarantee.
