Q2: WHAT'S THE PAYMENT TERM?
For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by T/T. Paypal, West Union is also acceptable.
Q3: WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY TERM?
Our company offer 1% free spare parts to FCL order. There is a 12 months warranty for our export products from the date of the shipment. If warranty has run out, customers should pay for the replacement parts.
Q4: CAN I USE MY OWN LOGO AND DESIGN ON PRODUCTS?
YES, OEM is welcomed. Delivery time is approximately 30-40 days for LCL or FCL order depending on order quantity.
Q5: CAN I CHECK THE QUALITY OF GOODS BEFORE DELIVERY?
Yes, you can visit the factory by yourself, or authorize a third-party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery. We also provide free professional inspection services and will send a report to you before shipping.
